Applications are now open for licences to fish for conch.

The National Fisheries Authority says the allocation of individual catch quotas for the 2023 conch fishing season will also be shared.

The 2023 conch fishing season begins on March 1.

The deadline for applications is 4pm on Monday, February 6 for industrial fishers and exporters and Monday, February 13 for artisanal and local trade fishers.
